Casa Pelican is a newly renovated lovely, spacious three-bedroom villa set in the very popular area of Pelican, just a short walk to the beach, the Pelican Marina offering a spa, gym pass, restaurants, bars, nightlife and activity desk.
The villa is positioned in very level and enclosed gardens and is we equipped with everything that you would need for a family holiday.
From the Entrance Hall, the villa opens out into a large comfortable Living room with sliding patio doors that lead directly to common garden, pool and sun terraces. There is an open plan kitchen which is well equipped and dining space and BBQ.
The three bedrooms comprise of one master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite – bath and shower fitting in bath, two further double bedded rooms (queen and single bed with trundle) with a shared bathroom, and a powder room.
The stunning beach at Pelican Key bay, with its gentle waters and golden sand is just 3 minutes walk away, here you will also find a variety of water sports as well restaurants for anything from a lunch time snack to a full a la carte menu. The villa is within easy walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants to enjoy both international and traditional cuisine.
