The condo showcases a stunning open floor plan and a large oceanfront patio terrace spanning the living and master bedroom, fully equipped with outdoor dining, a grill, and lounge chairs. From both the living room and master bedroom, take in breathtaking views of the pristine sand and turquoise blue water.

Encanto provides spacious and stylish accommodations, featuring a mix of antique and modern furniture. The outside private terrace boasts a teak dining table, and lounge chairs that directly face the ocean, offering the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment of the stunning Caribbean Sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, kitchen island bar, and a full range of appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. Encanto also provides hi-speed internet access and a dedicated office table, so you can bring your laptop and stay connected. For added convenience, a VOIP phone is available in the unit that provides free calls to the U.S. and Canada.

Newly updated with furnishings, décor, TV, fridge, music system, linens & towels, and newly added kitchen and beach supplies, Encanto offers a comfortable and luxurious vacation rental experience. For beach excursions around the island, take advantage of the condo’s portable beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach bag, pool noodles, and swim goggles.

The building is complete with lush landscaping, an intercom system, and off-street assigned parking. Encanto has one assigned parking spot right next to the building entrance, and a residential elevator for your convenience.

Located just a few steps from the beach and a 5-minute walk to Simpson Bay’s award-winning restaurants and bars, Encanto provides the perfect balance of peaceful serenity and convenient city living. Encanto can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children/teens.

The master bedroom offers an ocean view and a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom provides a garden view and a queen-sized bed.
